The Contract(s) that are concluded as a result of this procurement exercise is for the benefit of the Authority and NHS bodies along with any other non-NHS bodies which are necessary for the delivery of services or goods to NHS bodies, local authorities, other government departments and their executive agencies or non-departmental public bodies charged with the delivery of healthcare or health related services in England.
Information on contract value is being withheld due to commercial sensitivity under Regulation 50(6)(b) and (c) as the publication of the price may enable competitors to calculate cost per unit.
