The Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall (the PCC) is commissioning a service to work with young people (ages 10 – 25) who engage in anti-social behaviour or who are identified as at risk of engaging in anti-social behaviour (ASB).

The PCC requires a multi-faceted approach to tackling ASB which includes both prevention and diversionary activity.

The requirement is for a service which offers both outreach and longer-term support. The longer-term commitment is crucial to ensure that the young person requiring help has the benefit of an input which diverts them from ASB and from situations where they could be become involved in ASB again.

As the full budget allocation of £250,000 per annum will be awarded to the winning bidder, this tender will be awarded on a “Lowest Cost Per Quality Point” basis as detailed in the documentation however In the event of a tied position the bidder who scores the Highest Quality points score of the tied bidders will be awarded the contract.
