The provision of services relating to National Centre for Family Hubs and Integrated Family Services, to champion family hubs and spread best practice/evidence on integrated family service models.

The Supplier will offer support to LAs and other interested parties on developing family hub service models, translating the evidence-base into practice and service improvement. In delivering the above, the Supplier shall do the following:

• Act as a central contact point and source of information, advice and expertise on family hubs and integrated family services.

• Hold national and targeted events designed to promote family hubs and disseminate evidence, working with and co-ordinating other interested parties.

• Promote the use of evidence in the adoption and implementation of family hubs and integrated family services models.

• Provide chargeable support to local areas/organisations on family hubs and integrated family services .

seven.2.1) Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

This is a contract modification delivered under the Public Contracts Regulations (2015) regulation 72, specifically regulation 72(1)(a) and 72(1)(c). 72(1)(a): to extend the initial term to March 2025 as per the original contract explicit extension provisions; and also 72(1)(c): to increase the services/activities required as set out in the contract, but at increased volume given unforeseen circumstances leading to unexpected increased demand.
