Services to support the installation and ongoing maintenance of network infrastructure. This includes wi-fi networks, communications, CCTV at rail stations and depots. The supplier will provide support for planned cabling projects and ancillary good that are necessary to complete any agreed projects This procurement sought a provider who could deliver an fixed fee annual support service and additional project support as and when needed. The annual support service is approximately 10% of the total value of the contract, with the project work accounting for the other 90%.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The procurement was undertaken in accordance with the Utilities Contract Regulations (UCR 2016) and utilised The Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) as a means of pre-qualification to shortlist potential providers. The following approach was undertaken: Identification of the relevant suppliers via RISQS. SQQ issued via RISQS to applicants with the intention to be shortlisted for the tender stage. Invitation to Tender (ITT) Issued via the Delta e-sourcing portal. The Contract was awarded to the Service Provider that submitted the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. The Contract has been awarded for a duration of 46 months The award was made in accordance with Regulation 77(9) by inviting relevant suppliers on the RISQS Qualification System established by notice 2021/S 000-010921
