NTU have identified that when students develop resilience and self-efficacy, they are more likely to engage with their studies which in turn supports an increase in continuation of studies and ultimately in attainment. NTU therefore seeks a provider to deliver targeted, intensive interventions designed to increase student confidence, sense of self, agency, and the ability to set and persevere with goals that will enhance their future studies and success. The interventions will be transformational and will need to evidence significant behaviour and attitude change to support NTU in achieving its Access and Participation targets.
