Ear wax removal service.

The current provider of the Service is meeting the contractual requirements to a satisfactory level and the intention is to award the providers the contract for the period 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 (with the option to extend to 31st March 2027), following PSR Direct Award Process C as there is no change to the contract terms.

The approximate lifetime value of the contract (it is acost and volume charging mechanism) is £757,213, based on the first one-year term without the extension.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight 14th April 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
