Ubico is a local authority owned company and was formed by Cheltenham Borough Council and Cotswold District Council in 2011. Ubico has grown quickly with Forest of Dean, Stroud, Gloucestershire, Tewkesbury and West Oxfordshire Councils joining the Ubico family of Councils.

Explanation:
Due to COVID-19 diverting resources to delivering key frontline services, this procurement exercise has been delayed.
As Ubico's existing contract ends on 31/08/2021, an extension will be issued to the existing supplier for two months, under the COVID-19 waiver, to ensure ongoing service delivery is maintained until the new contract is awarded.
