two.1.4) Short description

East & North Hertfordshire NHS Trust is seeking to procure a single provider to deliver Staff Physiotherapy Services for approximately 200 staff referrals per annum.

The Supplier shall provide access to a range of trained and qualified physiotherapists and must provide a service that meets confidentiality, recognised standards and will underpin the services with robust clinical governance.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The provider shall give face to face treatment as required for up to four (4) sessions from a national network of physiotherapists for NHS personnel and also offer triage and referrals and reporting services.

Core requirements must include physiotherapists that are either SEQOHS accredited or provide evidence that they are working towards SEQOHS accreditation, provide triage and referrals along with assessment and treatment Services which shall include advice and support face to face or remote Services including case management, guidance and trend management; health and well being promotion and awareness and publicity and promotion.

The Services shall be available to the Contracting Authority Personnel including those working remotely and provide sufficient flexibility of approach to accommodate different organisational needs.

The Contracting Authority will be East & North Hertfordshire NHS Trust however other Trusts within the ICS may require this service in the future and will have a separate contract with the selected provider.
