two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The purpose of this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is to provide Supported Living Services for citizens of Pembrokeshire with an assessed need.
This may include packages where service users are eligible for support through the Housing Support Grant to ‘prevent people from becoming homeless, stabilise their housing situation, or help potentially homeless people to find and keep accommodation.'
This arrangement will impose the following special conditions:
- Minimum of Real Living Wage payment for all Support Workers
- Pay those delivering support using their own vehicle a minimum of and 45 pence per mile.
- Shift based pay – flat rate of pay for travel, training and contact time
This arrangement also includes a rate provider payment model as well as mini competition in exceptional circumstances.
