GC Business Growth Hub is seeking to procure a panel of providers who will deliver the service on an individual cohort basis, with potential providers asked to specify the total number of cohorts they wish to deliver - or specify their lower and upper number (provide a band) to provide us with more flexible procurement and deployment options. An initial group of 25 pilot cohorts will be delivered, with a view to potentially expanding this number if additional funding is available during the autumn.

The provider will be required to:

- deliver the programme virtually using video conference technologies or face-to-face if Covid-19 restrictions permit

- identify, recruit, and enroll SME Cohorts

- ensure optimal cohort mix and balance within a group

- successfully manage, run and facilitate a cohort of SME's

- ensure that SME participants are representative businesses within the LEP/Growth Hub area

- meet the required KPIs and undertake evidence and record keeping to support the external evaluation process

- provide detailed costing associated the service delivery to ensure that the budget is utilised effectively, provides good value for money and a strong economic return.
