two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Thank you for accessing the pre-market engagement project for the provision of Outpatient Pharmacy Services.

The purpose of the PIN is to notify the market of an upcoming requirement and also to act as pre-market engagement exercise in the form of a Request for Information (RFI).

We welcome the views of the market and are inviting interested outpatient pharmacy service providers to
provide their feedback by completing the RFI and providing responses to the pre-market engagement questionnaire.

The responses will help inform the specification, the strategy, the structure of the contract and help to identify the optimal route to market.

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of outpatient pharmacy services across all three Authorities.

Combined, the Authorities operate 12 hospitals and extensive community sites, principally serving the London Boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Bromley and Bexley whilst also delivering specialised services to patients from across Southeast England and beyond.
