The Video Goggles Neuro-vestibular Dizziness service provides much needed support for service users who are experiencing unexplained dizziness for two weeks or more (where there is no neurological deficit). The Service offers a specific diagnostic test – the video goggles test – for General Practitioners in Wakefield to directly refer to, avoiding unnecessary medications and secondary care referrals. The main goal of this service is to enhance quality of life for people with long-term conditions by mitigating the practical, emotional, occupational and/or educational impacts of service users with dizziness/vertigo.
