The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of The Children, Young People, Families and Adult Learning Third Sector Fund (CYPFAL).

This will undertake the administration of the new Children, Young People, Families and Adult Learning Third Sector Fund. The Fund will provide core funding to organisations who are delivering activities, projects and support that are targeted towards positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
