Supporting Families is seeking to place a youth worker for two days a week in each of the ten secondary schools and Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in West Berkshire for two days a week. The youth worker will work with pupils identified by the school/PRU who may benefit from one to one intervention by the youth worker with the overall aim of improving engagement with education, encouraging better behaviour or attainment in school, reducing the risk of exclusions, and reducing exclusions.
