In 2022 RBKC the Supported Housing Commissioning Team will seek to procure an accommodation service for people with complex needs. This service is a preventative homeless service, it is for adults aged 18 and over with housing and support needs. The service is for the provision of safe, accommodation-based housing support services for people who are deemed to be socially excluded.

It will provide housing related support services with the purpose of developing or sustaining an individual’s capacity to maintain their accommodation and live independently in

the community

We would like to approach the market to explore this model by completing a value for money workbook to give an indicative costing for such model service.
