NHS England is to conduct market engagement to understand the current and potential market for its Diabetic Eye Screening Test and Train service. The service is is place to ensure a critical internal quality assurance function for the NHS Diabetic Eye Screening Programme. The screening programme invites over 3 million people each year for their eye screening. The purpose of this engagement is to seek intelligence in terms of new and emerging technologies and techniques, to understand the risks of modelling and to test potential interest in the market
