Sunderland City Council wishes to undertake a Pre-Procurement Market Engagement exercise with suppliers in relation to the Supply, Implementation and Maintenance of a Digital Platform to support a range of functions to support the Citywide Social Prescribing Model. The aim of the digital platform is:

- a joined up online solution which connects people to services, information, and their local communities,

- providing a single source of quality assured services for residents to access and professionals to signpost to, which will support health and wellbeing outcomes,

- aligning with the key priorities in relation to strengthening self-service, prevention, and early intervention support; and

- the promotion of our Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) offer.

As part of this process the Council is conducting a Market Engagement Exercise to establish the level of interest in this opportunity, to gather information and improve our understanding of the market. It does not signify the commencement of any procurement process and does not constitute any commitment by Sunderland City Council.

Any suppliers interested in this potential opportunity are required to complete and return the Pre-Procurement Market Engagement Questionnaire via the NEPO Portal before 12:00 noon on Friday 19th May 2023.
