Description
The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub intends to establish a multi-lot framework agreement to support the procurement of services that address health inequalities and the wider determinants of health. The framework will provide a compliant and structured route for NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards, local authorities, and other public sector bodies to access a broad range of community-focused services. These services may include, but are not limited to, support for mental health, housing, employment, domestic abuse, inclusion health, and prevention services. The framework will be open to all eligible suppliers and will likely operate as an open framework under the Procurement Act 2023.

Engagement process description
Introduction & Scope: We want to hear from organisations that deliver services with a social impact - that is, services which create positive change for people and communities. These go beyond meeting immediate needs, focusing instead on improving lives, reducing inequalities, and strengthening communities. Examples include support for employment, mental health, homelessness prevention, or improving access to green spaces. This pre-market engagement will help us understand the range of services currently available and shape a framework that is practical, accessible, and easy to use for both buyers and suppliers. The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (EoECPH) is developing a clear and flexible route for public sector bodies, including the NHS, to commission high-quality services that address the wider determinants of health - such as education, employment, and community safety. This market engagement will help us to: • Understand the services you offer. • Identify barriers that may prevent you from using the framework. • Ensure the framework is suitable for organisations of all sizes. • Strike the right balance between national consistency and local flexibility. This is not a formal tender or contract opportunity. Taking part in this engagement does not guarantee any future contract or competitive advantage. Preliminary Market Engagement Process: The questionnaire will run on the Atamis portal: https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome How to access the Questionnaire on the portal: • Suppliers should register on the portal, if not already registered: • To express an Interest in this Market Engagement, search and select contract reference - C349697- Market Engagement - Social Impact Framework • Please complete the questionnaire within the requirements section titled Request for Information. • Suppliers can contact the Atamis helpdesk at support-health@atamis.co.uk or by calling 0800 9956035 for technical assistance when completing responses. This preliminary market engagement is open until 12:00 p.m. on 13th May 2025. Supplier Webinars: We will be hosting two virtual supplier webinars to provide an overview of the proposed framework and gather direct feedback from the market. Each webinar will cover the same agenda, including: • An introduction to the framework's purpose and goals. • An explanation of the procurement structure and expected service requirements. • A Q&A session to give suppliers the opportunity to raise questions and share feedback. Webinar 1: 11th April 2025 10:00 a.m.-11:30a.m. (online) Webinar 2: 29th April 2025 10:00 a.m.-11:30a.m. (online) To register for a webinar, please message us through the Atamis message centre with your preferred webinar date and we will send a meeting invite. You are welcome to attend both sessions.
