Are you a consultant that supports construction services within the wider Berkshire area?Would you like to work locally on projects that directly benefit communities?Then you should come and ‘Meet the Buyer’.This event is a unique opportunity to meet West Berkshire Council’s Property Services team who are responsible for appointing consultants and contractors to work on West Berkshire’s Capital Projects.

We are looking to engage with suppliers (existing and new) to help us deliver projects locally, to repair, refurbish and improve elements within our built estate, commissioned across a number of service areas, mostly Education.We have an annual Capital Maintenance Programme averages £2.5 million over up to 60 projects, many of which are relatively small and would often need to be completed within school holiday periods.In addition, we have a current portfolio of ‘live’ and recently ended Capital Projects is approximately £34 million, with an approved pipeline of projects estimated at a further £30 million, to be delivered over the next 5 year period.This is a great chance to work closely with the local community, boost the local economy and create lasting legacy and pride in creating and maintaining great sustainable spaces across West Berkshire.Please register your interest to attend the event on Tuesday 21st June 2022 via this link:https://westberks-gov-uk.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZclf-6hrDwpHtQLpJkW0kwIfaC5y5GFnZBt
