The initial period is 1.9.2019 to 30.9.2021 with 2 x 12 month options to extend - therefore options may be taken up for the period 1.10.2021 to 30.9.2022 and 1.10.2022 to 30.9.2023.
The options will be exercised at the discretion of the County Council and the Council reserves the right to further extend the LTR DPS in line with public contract regulations.
The original OJEU Notice Reference published in 2019 was 2019/S 145-357356.
A Corrigendum was issued in November 2023 OJEU Notice Reference 2023/S 227-715092 which stated:
The initial period is 1.9.2019 to 30.9.2021 with 2 x 12 month options to extend - therefore options may be taken up for the period 1.10.2021 to 30.9.2022 and 1.10.2022 to 30.9.2023
and 01.10.23 - 30.06.2024.
A further option to extend is being utilised which will run for the period from 1st July 2025 - 31st July 2026.
