Expressions of interest are invited from suppliers who deem themselves suitable for this opportunity. The Contracting Authority will be holding a pre-tender market engagement event on Wednesday, 18 May at 15:00 hours BST. This is designed to initiate a strategic exchange of information with the market with the aim of helping the Contracting Authority to:
• better understand its requirements
• write clearer requirements to publish to the market
• understand roughly how much the service could cost
• understand lead times
• write a comprehensive business case for internal approvals
