Scope
Description
Health & Safety remote monitoring of Council waste collection vehicles, all vehicles will be fitted with four way / 360 CCTV cameras and a suitable DVR (Digital Video Recorder) to enable the suppliers monitoring centre to live link to the camera system.

Payment terms
Upon award and possible subsequent participation each of the collaborating authorities will raise their own purchase order with the successful bidder,who will then be required to invoice the relevant authority directly quoting the respective purchase order number.
Description of risks to contract performance
Failure of the camera hardware / management software on the vehicle (in full or part) that could impact on the ability to carry out the audit.
Failure of the Mobile network resulting of loss of connectivity to vehicles / devices.
