Associated British Ports (ABP) intend to procure a contractor for the design and construction of a circa 20 Hectares of automotive surfaced and serviced storage to support key automotive clients in a strategic growth are for ABP.The Scope is comprised of all operations and activities necessary to design and construct a new car storage facility as documented within the PQQ document (including but not limited to) civil works, paving, drainage, lighting, incoming services and utilities.

Grimsby Automotive Terminal Expansion at the Port of Grimsby Associated British Ports (ABP) intend to procure a contractor for the design and construction of a circa 20 Hectares of automotive surfaced and serviced storage to support key automotive clients in a strategic growth are for ABP.The Scope is comprised of all operations and activities necessary to design and construct a new car storage facility, which will include the following:-• Site clearance.• New site access road from Moody lane.• Car transporter loading area.• Paving for the storage of vehicles.• Storm water drainage channel system to include full retention• separators, piped storage and pumped discharge.• Perimeter security fencing.• Security entrance.• Area lighting.• Utility services provisions (electricity, water and telecommunications).• Office and welfare facilities to include foul water treatment.• Roadway and vehicle parking bay markings.• Electric vehicle charging points.• Preparation for a pre-delivery inspection unit.
