The current service hosted by Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) for the Integrated Autism Service (IAS) offering a diagnostic service for which MKCC have served notice from 31st March 2024. An urgent modification is needed because of the short notice provided by MKCC to the ICB. The current service supports adults and young people from the age of 16 without this service there are serious risks to the quality and safety of young people and adults being seen by this service.

This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The current service hosted by Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) for Integrated Autism Service (IAS) offering a diagnostic service for which MKCC have served notice from 31st March 2024. An urgent modification is needed because of the short notice provided by MKCC to the ICB. The current service supports adults and young people from the age of 16 without this service there are serious risks to the quality and safety of young people and adults being seen by this service. The decision for this award was made by the ICB's Executive Team. Conflicts of interests have been managed in line with ICB's Conflict of Interest and Standards of Business Conduct Policy.
