Peer Support
• Facilitating and supporting subject networks and action learning
• Expert peer reviews and challenges on a 1-2-1 basis
Direct Support
• Tailored methodologies with intensive expert support to address specific issues
• Action planning sessions to scope further (external to PCH) consultancy support to ensure it meets the council’s needs, provides VfM and impact is followed-up
