NHS Golden Jubilee’s Cardiac Perfusion Department has the requirement for the supply Adult Tubing Pack. The Contract will be let for a period of 3 Years, plus an optional x2 12 month extensions, to be taken at the Boards discretion.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Board has the requirement for a custom made Adult Tubing Pack, to support approximately 1,400 cases per annum.

This Tubing Pack does not require to be coated.

This Tubing Pack must be manufactured to Circuit Diagram provided.

Bidders must refer to Overview of Requirements and Specification document for full scope and mandatory requirements.

All of which are included within the additional documents section of the portal.

This quantity may fluctuate in line with service demand, therefore, is not binding to NHS Golden Jubilee Board.

Please note that this Contract will be awarded to one supplier only.

The Board currently has approx. 8 months’ stock of Adult Tubing Packs which must be used prior to commencement of this Contract, therefore, bidders must consider this in their decision to bid for this Contract.

The Authority shall notify all Economic Operators of its decision to award the Contract by electronic mail as soon as possible after a

decision has been made and shall allow a period of at least 10 clear calendar days before contract is awarded. Unsuccessful Economic

Operators shall be provided in that notice with a summary of the reasons why they were unsuccessful and the characteristics and relative

advantages of the successful Economic Operator. An Economic Operator that suffers, or risks suffering, loss or damage attributable to a

breach of duty under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (SSI 2006/1) (as amended) may bring proceedings in the Sheriff
