REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATION
INTRODUCTION
This details baseline requirements for the solution. This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of requirements but will serve to identify suitable solutions and bidders. Herne Bay High School reserves the right to modify its requirements at any time.
DETAILED SPECIFICATION OF REQUIREMENTS
Supply and install 83 x 86" interactive displays, including the removal and disposal of existing presentation hardware and consolidation of current data and power into a common design specification.
Particular specification for the 86" multi-touch display must include:
• 4K UHD resolution (at least 3840 x 2160 pixels)
• Minimum brightness of 450 nits
• A minimum contrast ratio of 1200:1
• Multi-touch functionality with at least 30 touch points
• Anti-glare and anti-reflective coating to reduce glare and reflections
• Low input lag to ensure smooth touch response
• HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity
• USB-C Power Delivery (at least 45w)
• NFC Reader

The bidder must:
a. have undergone all appropriate checks to ensure engineers and workers are suitable for work in an education environment, this will include an enhanced DBS check as a minimum. b. be a member of Safe Contractor or Constructionline Gold
c. be a member of the NICEIC at the time of tender
d. be a Panduit Accredited installer at the time of tender
