SEStran seeks to develop further strategic work on the Strategic Network published in March 2020. This work will support SEStran partners and deliver a series of feasibility studies from the recommendations of the Strategic Network study.

The primary aim of this tender is to further progress the SEStran Strategic Network through identifying opportunities for improvement of high-quality cross boundary routes. This will require liaison with SEStran partners to continue the dialogue from development stage, and identifying routes from the recommendations that could be progress to feasibility studies.

Two streams of work with investigate feasibility and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
