Explanation:
This is a voluntary ex ante transparency notice (VEAT). This notice is to indicate that Translink, due to unforeseeable increases in both license requirements and costs since advertisement of the original tender opportunity, advise that in line with Regulation 88 Section 4 of the Utilities Contracts Regulations, the value of this contract, with CDW Ltd, will increase by 10% (£350,000).
This contract will end in March 2025 and Translink intend to go to market Q2/3 of 2024 with a new procurement opportunity for this service provision.
