The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is determined to rapidly recover a significant backlog in our driver testing service which has been caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to recruiting new examiners, we wish to engage with Industry colleagues to identify an optimal contractual model by which they can support us in this aim.

To this end we are now commencing a phase of early market engagement.

We intend to hold a market engagement event on Thursday 10th June 2021.
