two.2.4) Description of the procurement

This is an opportunity to fund Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) adjacent to the University's single campus. The site for the proposed PBSA is 300m from the campus and 1.5km north of Lincoln City Center, providing certainty on student demand. The University is due to exchange imminently on a conditional land contact, for the purchase of the freehold interest. The contract will be transferable to the funder.

two.2.14) Additional information

BGU would prefer to retain overall responsibility for the operation and management, this could be subject to negotiation. A planning application was submitted Feb 21 and will be determined in June 21. The new PBSA will enable BGU to improve the quality of its student accommodation, meeting its student demand.The target for occupation is Sep 24.
