The purpose of the market engagement is to gather market opinion of the Combined Authority and partners potential delivery model, supplier selection method and proposal for an E-bike service across a number of market towns.

The Combined Authority seeks to gain alignment with industry capability and expectations regarding procurement and delivery and ensuring that we are meeting the overall strategic objectives as set out by our Local Transport Plan.

Participants should see the market engagement process as an opportunity to inform the delivery strategy of the professional services drawing on past experiences and future challenges.

The purpose of the questionnaire is to understand and engage with operators to capture views.

The Market Event topic areas are,

• Your interest in the project

• Structuring the e-bike service

• Barriers and enablers to delivery

• Charging and Risk sharing

• Procurement and Contractual considerations

This will be a virtual event and a real opportunity to influence how the Combined Authority look to provide an e-bike service in its market towns.
