RBH currently operates a fleet of 6 heavy goods vehicles.

This purpose of this tender exercise is to secure a contract with a fleet provider to replace our current vehicles on a 48-month contract hire agreement.

The current fleet enables RBH to provide the following services:

• A responsive (Day to Day) highways repair service.

• Caretaking: this team ensures our neighbourhoods are clean, presentable and safe. They handle litter and dumped items. This includes a hit squad dealing with large areas of waste land, fly tipping and garden clearances.

• Grounds Maintenance. This involves maintaining all green areas of RBH responsibility, including grassed areas, borders, shrubs and trees

All the above generally operate in the borough of Rochdale however, these vehicles may travel outside the borough.
