— cylinders and rams,

— feed panels used for speed regulation in reciprocating machinery,

— hydraulic valve – flow control, pressure control, directional,

— hydrostatic transmission drives.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Network Rail has more than three thousand on track assets. Within this, there is a variety of different Hydraulic components.

The services shall include all work required to return any unit back to OEM service condition,

Including, but not limited to:

— repair – (apart from areas specifically required to be renewed);

— overhaul – return to as new using component parts but maintain the original chassis, body or shell;

— renew – change parts to present an as new component including chassis, body or shell. (only applicable to components);

— replace – use a new component in full from the OEM or approved contractor and offer a service exchange. (only applicable to components);

— packaging of components for delivery.
