This project is operated as a dynamic purchasing system (DPS), modified under the light touch regime. The DPS has three Lots; Lot 1 Complex, Lot 2 Standard, Lot 3 Supported Tenancy. The advertised value of this contract is estimated as £33.1m for the initial term, with the higher value advertised in the event that the period of validity of the DPS is changed.

four.1.11) Main features of the award procedure

Applicants must offer a minimum of one property/bed per lot applied for that is within 20miles of central Sheffield. All providers who achieve a "pass" for each evaluation stage in accordance with the methodology will be awarded a place on the DPS. The award procedure for delivery of services can be via direct services or competed services. See the tender documentation for full detail of the evaluation and award procedures.
