Scope

Description

The contract is for the provision of specialist policing services to recruit, deploy, and manage a Serious Crime Team to support the Royal Anguilla Police Force (RAPF).

The services will provide operational support to serious and organised crime investigations, including homicides, firearms offences, gang-related crime, and transnational criminal activity. In parallel, the Serious Crime Team will deliver capability building to strengthen RAPF’s investigative standards, skills, and processes.

Services will be delivered through embedded specialist roles, providing a balance of direct operational investigative support and mentoring, training, and professional development of RAPF personnel. The purpose of the contract is to deliver immediate support to high-priority investigations while building sustainable long-term serious crime capability within the RAPF.

Description of possible extension:

The Terms of the Serious Crime Team postings are expected to commence on Feburary 2026 and will remain extant for 12 months, with opportunity for up to two extensions each set at twelve-month durations.

The financial limit for this contract is £1,200,000 per 12-month period. Of this, up to £750,000 per year is allocated for core services, including investigators and trainers. An additional £450,000 per annum is reserved for scale-up or surge support, if required.
