We are looking for a creative design company or lead designer subcontracting, where necessary, to other design and creative specialists, to work with us on the redevelopment of five small spaces in Flamsteed House, Grade I Listed and the earliest part of the Royal Observatory Greenwich buildings, which are known as the ‘Flamsteed Apartments’.
Scope of services will include full exhibition design services, with 3D, 2D and lighting design as core requirements.

We are looking for a creative design company or lead designer subcontracting, where necessary, to other design and creative specialists, to work with us on the redevelopment of five small spaces in Flamsteed House, Grade I Listed and the earliest part of the Royal Observatory Greenwich buildings, which are known as the ‘Flamsteed Apartments’.
The lead designer will steer the creative process and coordinate with their design team, which we anticipate will include some or all of the following:
•2D design for the display, graphics, and wayfinding
•3D design of any showcases or displays required
•Lighting design
•Theatrical Setworks
•Mechanical and Electrical design (if required)
•Structural design (if required)
•Acoustic design (if required)
•Fulfil duties as the ‘Designer’ under CDM 2015 regulations
This list is not exhaustive and lead designers may propose relevant subcontractors and specialists for this project.
