This framework required the planned &reactive maintenance, emergency response and repair of NCC's District Heating Network for welding, pipefitting, installation, commissioning and decommissioning throughout a variety of mechanical systems for the purpose of making repairs and upgrades and the delivery of upgrades and planned capital projects, as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor.
