Description
The Plumbing and Heating Services tender will establish a compliant contract for delivering ad hoc plumbing and heating maintenance services across the Trust’s sites. The contract will be to provide plumbing and heating maintenance services in respect of sanitary ware, pipework, and ground level drainage at the Trust’s sites in terms of repairs, supply, new installations, commissioning, servicing and statutory checks. Suppliers must demonstrate strong technical capability, including, managing emergency response times, and maintaining compliance with safety legislation and staff competency requirements.
