Justification:

The College's head of catering leaves at the end of the summer term 2022. This coupled with the impending new build and subsequent centralising of two catering departments onto one site has forced the college to outsource its catering contract. And it wishes to achieve a best value tender via the accelerated procedure before the end of June 2022 otherwise it could face uncertainty over pupil feeding from August 2022.
