Already have, or can commit to obtain, prior to the award of the contract, the levels of insurance cover indicated below:
Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = £5,000,000
Public and Product Liability Insurance = £10,000,000
Professional Indemnity Insurance = £2,000,000
Cyber Liability Insurance = £5,000,000
Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
Adhere to the Equalities Act 2010
Compliance with General Data Protection Regulation.
Technical ability conditions of participation
Relevant experience and contract examples.
Cyber Essentials Plus certification as a minimum, or an equivalent or higher recognised cyber security standard (for example ISO/IEC 27001).
Key personnel delivering this contract must possess Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
