Orbit is seeking Suppliers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and hygiene supplies which will be offered for use across the business.
This DPS is being established to support Orbit in providing quality standard equipment to aid in protecting frontline staff whilst they continue to carry out essential services:

This procurement procedure is being run on the e-procurement portal ‘Pro-Contract’ https://procontract.due-north.com. If not already registered on the portal, Suppliers can register for free.
To apply, Suppliers will need to register an interest in the opportunity to gain full access to the documentation. Complete the application questionnaire in full and submit before the closing date.
The DPS will be live for a period of 24 months and applications will be processed via Rounds. The initial closing date for supplier applications (first round) is 6th July 2020 at 12:00 noon. Subsequent Rounds will then open for further applications to be submitted during the course of the DPS.
Any supplier who meets the selection criteria will be admitted to the DPS.
