Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) is the UK's first tenant and employee co-owned mutual housing society, with over 12,000 homes throughout the local area. Many homes were transferred from Rochdale Council in 2012 with significant numbers of these dating back fifty or more years.

The Various Fencing (ENV-21-22-02) contract would be in place for a 1 Year period with an option of 2 X 12 month extensions, with a review to be held after year one to determine the effectiveness of the contractor in meeting RBH's requirements. This new contract will also be put in place to succeed an existing similar contract that has been in existence for three years and which has proved to be highly successful.
