Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking a design and build construction contractor to undertake the design and build of two new Temporary accommodation Developments in Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City.Working with the Councils Housing and Communities team, this opportunity will be to progress the scheme designs (for which planning approval is expected shortly), to produce technical drawings, to construct and commission the facilities. Works will include demolition of the existing buildings on each site, provision of new buildings to provide accommodation for homeless families and individuals, provision of landscaping, car parking and associated external works.
