Description

Wrexham City Borough Council is seeking bids for lease financing of 7 vehicle assets costing £1.35m The Authority has already purchased these assets and is therefore seeking a sale and leaseback transaction. WCBC is looking for bids of a 5-year primary lease period. A drawdown is expected in March 2026.
