As per guidelines of the PSR Direct Award C process, UHB meet the criteria of being a pre-existing provider for a particular service, one which is being set up again with no material changes made. Further, UHB as a supplier of this service are deemd highly satisfactory, and BCHC are confident they will remain capable of delivering this agreement.
