This notice has been edited. The previous version is still available.

There has been a technical issue with the e-tendering portal. The deadline for completed questionnaires to be submitted has therefore been extended from 10am on Thursday 27th March to 10am on Tuesday 1st April.

Suppliers who wish to participate are able to contact the procurement lead direct to access the questionnaire and if unable to return it completed via the e-tendering portal, return it direct via e-mail too. The email address is bphillips@dsfire.gov.uk

Description

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service wishes to broaden their knowledge and understanding of the occupational health services market (medical services in particular).

Medical services includes -

a) Medical questionnaires, screening, surveillance and examinations,

b) Management referrals,

c) Medical advice,

d) Ill-Health Retirement

A full description of the potential scope of services is provided within the questionnaire. Suppliers do not need to be able to provide all of these services to take part in this engagement activity.

Suppliers are invited to take part in this preliminary market engagement process by completing and submitting a questionnaire by 10am on Tuesday 1st April 2025.

The questionnaire provides suppliers with the opportunity to:

• Share information about who they are and what services they offer;

• Help inform a business case and a future procurement.

Suppliers will need to login to the In-Tend portal, click on 'View the tender in the In-Tend Portal', then click 'Express Interest'. You should then be able to access the questionnaire via a tab called 'Preliminary Market Engagement - Supplier Questionnaire'
