Luton Borough Council wishes to establish a single provider framework for each of the 12 Lots in relation to Apprentice Provider Provision. The Council expects to do so by entering into a separate Framework Agreement for each Lot with the Successful Provider in relation to that Lot.

Framework operation description
Luton Borough Council (“the Council”) wishes to establish a single provider framework for each of the Lots in relation to Apprentice Provider Provision. The Council expects to do so by entering into a separate Framework Agreement for each Lot with the Successful Provider in relation to that Lot.
As the Council is procuring Framework Agreements, no guarantee is given that the Council will commission any Services or any particular volume or type of services under the Framework Agreements. Where the Council wish to commission Services under a Framework Agreement this will be done by the issue of a work order for those Services. This work order will incorporate the call-off terms set out in the draft Framework Agreement
