Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Systems is one of the largest ICS in the county. It includes: Birmingham Women’s and Children NHS Foundation Trust, Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust, University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Every year, the NHS workforce is invited to complete the annual staff survey to provide a snapshot of staff’s experience of working within the NHS. The survey provides essential information to employers and national stakeholders about staff experience across the NHS in England.
The ICB intends to engage with single supplier to lead on commissioning a system wide staff survey.
