The commissioning and delivery of York Time To Change Hub services and is designed to outline the services required but does not intend to specify a prescriptive delivery model. The vision is for the continuation and development of a Champion-led programme of work that challenges mental health stigma and discrimination in York through sharing lived experiences. Local York Time To Change Champions and other people with lived experience of mental health stigma and discrimination should be fully engaged and supported in steering and developing the work of the York Time To Change Hub and achievement of its outcomes. City of York council believes in a culture of asset based working responsive to evidenced population need that is led through collaboration and joint development. It is expected that the Provider will deliver a model with this in mind.
